Here We Grow Again

   September is busy month. Summer is winding down, and people are headed back to school. The farms and gardens are producing their late season crops. It is the time for harvesting and the beginning of many fall festivals.

   While the rest of Southside is celebrating the harvest season, we are still planting seeds and growing.

   Each month we try to add more content, or new features.

   This month we have added a series of cartoons called "The Adventures Of Verrnack & Blupirk".

   Created by Ed Wilborne, Verrnack & Blupirk are aliens who manage to get into assorted mishaps around the Universe. Once in a while they even manage to show up in Southside.

   Meet Ed, and check out the first installment of The Adventures Of Verrnack & Blupirk.

   In addition to the new features, you will notice we have some advertisers joining us this month. When you patronize their businesses or see them around town, be sure to tell them you saw them on Discover Southside.

   As we grow, we hope more of you will join us. We are we are actively seeking local writers to share their stories or articles with Southside readers.
