 This is a list of Christmas Parades in Southside Virginia listed alphabetically by town or community.

We will try to add additional descriptions or contact information as it becomes available.

Location: Church and Main Street
Join us as we celebrate the holidays with a Blackstone tradition, the big parade down Main Street. Enjoy marching bands, floats, beauty queens, firetrucks and of course Santa Clause!

This year�s grand marshals will be Ed and Carol Brown, Clarksville residents who have been leaders with the Clarksville Economic Development Association and of the Clarksville Hydroplane Challenge Boat Races.
The parade will be fun-filled with no competitions and each entry is required to adhere to the parade regulations.
The parade is hosted and sponsored by the Merchants� Committee of the Clarksville Chamber and the Town of Clarksville.

This Year's Theme - "I Believe"
Early Registration until Friday, Nov. 19 - after that day, $5.00 additional charge to register.
You can also enter your dog in the parade. All money from the dog entries go to the Halifax County Humane Society.
Hot chocolate and cookies will be available for sale starting at 3 pm to benefit the Angel Tree Project, which provides Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in Halifax County. 2 locations on Main Street in front of Town Hall and Distinct Impressions.
